So, recent first-person literature/memoirs and academic studies are showing that moving and meditating are helpful with depression. In this case, they are talking about running and clinical mindfulness, which I fervently agree should work wonders. However, it isn't much of a stretch to acknowledge Taiji-Qigong, Gongfu, Budo, and/or Hatha Yoga programs that are meditative, as we have been doing for some time now.
