The Way is eternal; it is everything and nothing at all. The Way is a path of stillness and movement; of light; of energy; of peace and power; of eternity; and of now. It is the process of identifying and cooperating with the enlivening power of the Universe, that we may realize we are that very power. As that realization dawns, so does the Truth that there is no Way after all, no Path, no anything that is not everything. There is just this in its magnificence.
And while we train and practice, what we find is that our goal is and always has been as close as our breath. A healthy body, quick reflexes, self awareness, and peaceful bearing are not some lost treasure that we have to dig and toil for, and that we may or may not find. They are qualities of being that we can choose to acknowledge and nurture. As that happens, our "World" begins to change. What was once considered training or practice becomes a way of life, applied to all things at all times. And so the Way disappears and the Path dissolves and all becomes apparent as One, as it always was.
